| APP Consulting was founded in 1997 and is currently owned by Thomas Stanek and Alan Paluszek as the result of the merger of TFS Consulting and APP Consulting in January, 2004. Tom and Al have been in the IT industry since 1984 and 1968 respectively. Both have worked as data warehouse practitioners with Teradata technology since 1990. The APP management team also includes Steve Thill as Consulting Director. Steve has worked with APP since 2005 and has worked extensively with several data warehouse implementations involving Teradata technology since 1999. |

| Al Paluszek – Chairman of the Board |
| Al Paluszek is the senior member of APP’s management team. He has been a consultant or consultant manager for themajority of his career. Al has gained technical experience in computer networking, application development, systems support, project planning and management, as well as data warehousing. He has held senior management roles with various end user and consulting organizations and has been the president of two IT companies, besides APP. Al co-authored a unique, ROI_based approach for gathering the business requirements of a data warehouse implementation through direct and active interactions with the business community that the data warehouse would support. He also developed a repeatable ETL application architecture that effectively used the Teradata technology for processing regular source system feeds. |

| Tom Stanek - President |
| Tom Stanek is currently President and COO of APP Consulting, Inc. Tom has spent most of his career in customer facing roles with Computer Sciences Corp. and Teradata/NCR Corp. Tom ran his own consulting firm, TFS Consulting, from 1997 to 2004 before merging his firm with APP Consulting. Tom has worked with data warehousing and Teradata technology with a variety of customers across industries since 1990. Tom has specific expertise in the area of Teradata systems management, including performance management and workload management. Tom is the original author of the APP Consulting System Monitoring and Management methodology for Teradata system management. |

| Steve Thill – Consulting Director |
| Steve Thill is currently a Consulting Director at APP Consulting, Inc. Steve has 11 years of experience in the IT industry with the majority of his career spent in data warehousing and infrastructure planning for large scale UNIX and SAN solutions at Sears, Roebuck and Co. While on the Sears Teradata team Steve co-designed and developed an industry-recognized systems management infrastructure for Teradata systems. After leaving Sears, Steve ran his own consulting firm and was the Teradata Technical Lead on a major multi-year project responsible for the architecture, coding and delivery of a cutting edge national customer and sales database that is accessed in real time by in-store systems. Steve has over 9 years of experience working with data warehousing and Teradata technology, primarily in the retail space. |
